FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: high-voltage safety fuse is designed for operation in ambient temperature up to +1000 C in conditions of temperature differential from +2 up to +1000 C. Specifically it can be connected in series in high-voltage circuit of electric water heater and be positioned right in its case. Fuse includes dielectric core on which fusing element is applied with contact leads-out and outer electric insulation jacket. Fusing element is manufactured from refractory alloy. Core and electric insulation jacket are made from heat-resistant mica plastic and are pressed into each other completely closing fusing element. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced operational safety and reliability. 1 dwg |
