PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner capable of controlling the mixed state of cold and hot air with a simple constitution so as to obtain the preferable mixed state. SOLUTION: The vehicular air conditioner includes an evaporator 4, a heater core 5, a hot air passage a through which hot air flows from the heater core 5, a cold air passage b through which cold air flows from the evaporator 4, an air mix damper 8 provided in a merging section of the cold air passage b and the hot air passage a for adjusting air temperature by controlling a mixing ratio of the cold and hot air, a defrost damper 14 for leading air from the air mix damper 8 to the defrost blowing side, a face damper 13 for leading air from the air mix damper 8 to the face blowing side, and a foot damper 15 for leading air from the air mix damper 8 to the foot blowing side through a foot passage 9.
