PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension control device capable of simplifying a constitution and realizing the control of high accuracy by individually calculating the control command value for a shock absorber ready for four wheels while employing only one sprung acceleration sensor. SOLUTION: A four-wheel sprung acceleration computation unit 28 computes the sprung acceleration of four wheels from the respectively detected data of a sprung acceleration sensor 1 for detecting the sprung acceleration at one part of a vehicle body 14, a first coefficient multiplication unit 2 and a second coefficient multiplication unit 27. Further, a four-wheel relative velocity computation unit 30 calculates the four-wheel relative velocity, and a controller 20 obtains the damping force command value for the skyhook control to each shock absorber of the four wheels by using the four-wheel relative velocity. Since the control command value to be used for the skyhook control can be individually calculated to each shock absorber ready for four wheels by using one sprung acceleration sensor 1, the constitution can be simplified in comparison with the conventional technology having two or more sprung acceleration sensors.
