PURPOSE:To improve the heat insulating property and sufficiently prevent moisture condensation. CONSTITUTION:A sash frame 1 and stiles 4, 5 of inner and outer sashes 2, 3 are divided into indoor side and outdoor side structural angles 1x, 1y; 4x, 4y; 5x, 5y respectively. Each pair of structural angles are connected via heat insulating bridge members 8, 9. A heat insulating cover material 14 covering a connecting region S from the inside and insulating heat is provided in the connecting region S including the heat insulating bridge member 8 of the sash frame 1. A primary airtight material 22 is provided along the longitudinal direction between the indoor side structural angle 4x of the inner sash 2 and the indoor side structural angle 1x of the sash frame 1 and between the indoor side structural angle 5x of the outer sash 3 and the heat insulating cover material 14 or a member adjacent to it. A secondary airtight material 23 is provided along the longitudinal direction between the outdoor side structural angle 4y of the inner sash 2 and the heat insulating cover material 14 or a member adjacent to it and between the outdoor side structural angle 5y of the outer sash 3 and the outdoor side structural angle 1y of the sash frame 1. A highly heat insulating sash is thus obtained. |
