PURPOSE:To improve strength of the part and current collecting performance by forming metallic foil integrally in a current collecting terminal part of a metallic substrate having a three-dimensional porous structure composed of foaming metal. CONSTITUTION:Plate shape foaming urethane of continuous foam is used as a foaming resin base body, and metallic foil 2 (nickel foil) having a thickness of 50mum is brought into contact with the single surface, and nickel plating is carried out on the whole surface of the metallic foil and a skeleton of the foaming resin base body. When the foaming resin base body is burnt by heating this, an electrode substrate 3 where the metallic foil and foaming metal are formed integrally is constituted. Foaming metal of a current collecting terminal part 1 is pressed into as a solid color part by a roller, and the whole electrode substrate is pressed to adjust a thickness. In a plate formed by using this electrode substrate, the metallic foil 2 is formed integrally on the single side of the current collecting terminal part 1, and the metallic foil 2 is extending up to a part of a plate body 3. |
