PURPOSE:To improve accuracy, environment resistance and maintenance characteristic by disposing an upper frame elevating servocylinder device with a specified titled adjusting mechanism in the relatively wide space over the frame and so arranging said mechanism and device as not to receive the thermal effect of an ingot.
