PURPOSE:To improve the temperature gradient of the middle part and a peripheral part to reduce a temperature difference in a heating device which is closely fitted to an article-to-be-heated such as a liquid crystal cell to heat it. CONSTITUTION:Conductive thin film material 3 is uniformly adhered to a base board 2 to form a square heater 1 to provide bus bars 8a and 8b on two sides opposing to each other. This bus bars 8a and 8b are formed by forming respective opposite two sides into parallel to form a straight line state, and by narrowing width, thinning, or using material having a somewhat high resistant value to generate a given voltage drop. Connecting terminals 9a, 9b, and 10a, 10b for supplying electric power are provided on both the end sides of these bus bars 8a and 8b. |
