FIELD: sugar industry; may be used in clarification of cane unrefined sugar and highly concentrated sugar solutions of beet sugar production, such as syrup and intercrystalline flow-offs. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of clarification agent, its heating, introduction of phosphoric acid, lime milk, reagent for aggregation of precipitated sediment and separation of sediment from clarification agent. Phosphoric acid is introduced in the amount of 0.01-0.1% of CaO to the mass of unrefined sugar. Used as reagent is heterocyclic cationic polymer in the amount of 0.01-0.07% of the mass of unrefined sugar. Method ensures clarification effect of 80-90%. EFFECT: higher efficiency of clarification, simplified process and reduced consumption of lime. |
