PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent light leakage caused by alignment disorder at a level difference part and to prevent reduction of contrast, in a transflective LCD having the level difference part in the boundary between a reflection part and a transmission part of a pixel electrode. SOLUTION: An end part of a reflection electrode film 57 formed at a reflection part 71 is extended by 1.0μm or more to a transmission part side from an edge end on a lower side of a level difference 491. The extended amount L of the reflection electrode film 57 is preferably specified to be≤2.0μm for securing sufficient transmission luminance while preventing light leakage at the level difference part.
