A power supply unit is provided to supply a voltage suitable to a spec of a load by securing a regulation of a shunt regulator. A power supply unit(200) comprises a power control part(206), a voltage sensing part(210), a switching part(212), and a current/voltage circuit part(204). The power control part is connected to a second power input terminal in order to receive a second voltage, performs on/off according to on voltage or off voltage, and outputs a load voltage. The voltage sensing part converts the load voltage outputted from the power control part into a sensing voltage. The switching part compares the sensing voltage with a reference voltage. The current/voltage circuit part is connected to a first power input terminal in order to receive a first voltage.
