A biasing member is disposed between the keeper and the body member on the threaded fastener to bias the keeper in a direction away from the body member. |

a body member having first and second ends; a keeper connected to the body member having a surface to engage a conductor and a chamber; a fastener connecting the keeper to the body member; a coil spring disposed between the keeper and the body member around the threaded fastener biasing the keeper away from the body member; and a nut disposed in the chamber receiving the fastener, wherein the chamber has a shape corresponding to the nut to substantially prevent rotational and axial movement of the nut therein. |
