PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TS data reading device and TS data reading method in which a circuit for reading TS data from a memory can be realized in a small circuit scale and reading of TS data with less jitter is enabled independently of transmission parameters.SOLUTION: A TS data reading device 1 includes: a memory 11 that stores TS data; and a reading frame generation unit 12 that generates a memory reading frame that is a pulse string indicating a timing for reading the TS data from the memory 11 according to transmission parameters of the TS data on the basis of a clock synchronized with a system clock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
