Floor covering has upper oriented hair or fibre layer and opt. profiled backing consisting of plastics mixture containing bitumen and is not 27 wt.% copolyethylene together with 55-60% coal dust, esp. anthracite dust with particle size 0-30 mu and contains 30% non-flammable constituents. This backing improves grip on floor, hence prevents slipping and creeping.
