Steel bending and coiling installation

Installation for the prodn. of steel tube coils for the chemical engineering industry, boilers etc. comprises a succession of roll assemblies which deflect the warm tube sideways bending it to the required radius horizontally and feeding the tube onto a rotating coiling table the platform of which is gradually lowered as the height of the coil is built up. The speeds of the rolls and the retinal speed of the table are synchronised. A pushing device is provided for pushing the completed coil from the table.
