Then, a moving average of signal sample I, Q components is calculated through the moving average filters 300, 400, the amplitude of the I, Q components is detected by amplitude detectors 500, 600, the detected amplitude is coupled by a cumulator 700 and supplied to a signal threshold value detector 800. Consequently, a DSP is adopted, the power consumption is reduced by reducing the scale of the circuit and calculation resources are simultaneously and effectively utilized.
