PURPOSE:To contrive shortening of working time in a vulcanizing, drying and powder removing processes, by a method wherein a condom material released from a mold is made to mix with a solution of adhesion free powder, the condom material after mixture is dehydrated and dried tentatively and vulcanization and dryness are performed while the same is being turned and agitated within a vulcanizing and drying machine. CONSTITUTION:A condom material (a) released from a condom mold through water injection is streamed into a mixing device 1 through a water separator 9 and mixed with a solution of adhesion free powder from prevention of adhesion. The condom material (a) from the mixing device 1 is transferred into a water separation dryer 2, which is made to separate from the solution of adhesion free powder by making the same pass through the inside of a netlike cylinder 15 and dried to such an extent as to become a semidried state by blowing hot air against the same. The tentatively dried condom material (a) is held within a agitation cylinder 5 of vulcanizing and drying machines 3, 3', which is agitated while the agitation cylinders 5, 5 are being turned, and vulcanization and dryness are performed by blowing hot air, whose temperature is about 80 deg.C, into drying chambers 7, 7'. |
