<p>PURPOSE:To perform manufacturing with high dimension accuracy and productivity by joining a disk shape magnetosensitive hub with the inner peripheral part of a disk shape resin substrate, and joining obtained two resin substrates with hub by laminating by confronting their recording layers with each other. CONSTITUTION:A circular hole 2A is inserted to a disk connecting part 21 setting the recording layer 3A of the resin substrate 4A facing downward. Next, the hub 9A is placed on the substrate 4A by inserting a clamping hole 8A to a hub connecting part 23 setting a magnetosensitive material 7A facing upward. Next, the resin substrate with hub can be manufactured by descending the impression horn 26 of an ultrasonic welding machine 20, pressing the hub 9A, applying an ultrasonic wave, and fusing and joining the hub 9A with the substrate 4A. Next, the obtained two resin substrates with hub are laminated so that the center axes of the hubs 9A, 9B of the resin substrates 4A, 4B can be set coaxially by confronting the recording layers 3A, 3B, and the substrates 4A, 4B are joined with each other with or without interposing an inside ring shape spacer 5 and an outside ring shape spacer 6.</p> |
