PURPOSE: To suppress the deformation, crack and shrinkage during sintering and to execute dense sintering by forming a hardly sinterable inorg. molding into the cavity part of glass ceramic laminated sheets and laminating glass ceramics on the front surface, then sintering the ceramics. CONSTITUTION: A laminate 1 having the cavity part 2 is formed by laminating the glass ceramic green sheets 1a which contain glassy materials and are sinterable at a low temp. The molding 3 consisting of the inorg. components having the sintering temp. higher than the sintering temp. of the glass ceramics is formed on the front surface including the cavity part 2. Further, the glass ceramic molding 4 which consists of the same compsn. as the compsn. of the glass ceramics or the compsn. different therefrom and has the same shape and volume as the shape and volume of the cavity part is arranged on the upper part thereof. The front surface thereof is made flush with the front surface of the molding 3. The green sheets 5 consisting of the same inorg. components the same as the inorg. components of the molding layers 3 are laminated on the same plane thereof and the rear surface of the glass ceramic laminate 1. While the laminated molding is uniformly pressurized from above and below, the laminated molding is sintered at 800 to 1000 deg.C, by which the ceramic laminate is obtd. |
