The disclosure pertains to a prefabricated solid-construction modular house. The house comprises foundation elements (4), outer wall elements (1), side wall elements, staircase elements (30), ceiling elements (5) and insulating elements. The outer wall elements are designed as composite panels. According to the invention, the outer wall units are provided with external supporting concrete panels (2) on the interior of which are applied appropriate functional layers (10-13). Also disclosed is a method of assembling a prefabricated solid-construction house whereby the foundation elements (6) are first set up on a flat surface, the staircase elements are then added, ceiling elements and outer wall elements are mounted on the foundation elements and secured, and lastly, the outer wall elements are secured to make them sound-proof and thermally insulated, free of inner wall reinforcement and traction- and compression-tight. A composite wall element is also disclosed that is especially suitable for use in the prefabricated house. |
