PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective technique for a countermeasure against trouble caused by moisture in an active driving mode color filter. SOLUTION: While paying attention to a high barrier property of a transparent conductive layer 50 covering a plurality of coloring pixel groups 30, a through-hole 70 is bored in the transparent conductive layer 50 itself and the absorbed moisture is discharged outside the color filter via the through-hole 70. The through-hole 70 is arranged on a boundary region 20 positioned on a boundary part between respective coloring pixels 300. As a result, generation of a black defect in a display is avoided. |
