FIELD: medical appliances; may be used in biological and biochemical investigations as preparation and analytic methods and in manufacture of medicinal preparations. SUBSTANCE: method is based on cascading of straight-flow rotors and application of other techniques which allows increase of effect of separation and resolving power of device. These are methods for producing heterogeneous distribution of liquid density by rotors comprising cascades, bringing the concentration of separated types of macromolecules up to values equalling the concentration of same macromolecules in saturated solution. One more method consists in connection to end rotor of vessel in which initial liquid is placed which contains mixture of macromolecules, and in filling rotors with liquid of definite density that assists in separation effect. EFFECT: increased efficiency. |
