The method fixes a wall and a ceiling plate in the construction of an apartment house by using a floor and a ceiling guide. The method improves the construction productivity. The method comprises the steps of : installing at an upper and a lower part of the wall the ceiling and the floor guide(10,20) with a ceiling and a floor guide recess(11,21) formed parallel to the ceiling and the floor; fixedly inserting wall plates(30) into guide recesses of the ceiling and the floor guide(10,20); fixing a ceiling plate(40) at a horizontal main body(12) of the ceiling guide(10); forming a guideline for heating the floor at a main body(22) of the floor guide(20).
