The anti-theft package consists of two complementary strong plastic shells (1,2) enclosing a space in which the wares are visible to prospective purchasers. The shells can be locked together by a connecting piece (3) with a hook (4) and a hole (5) aligned with another hole in an extension (6) of one shell (2). A magnetic locking pin of the type used for protection of fabrics or garments is passed through both holes. The shells can be separated by sliding with respect to an axis perpendicular to the median plane of their juxtaposition while they are offset longitudinally, but not when they are positioned opposite each other.
