<p>PURPOSE: To standardize operation and to reduce the delay of payment by referring to an experience rank determined based upon payment history information, extracting a customer having low payment history and recording the customer in a notifiable member's list. CONSTITUTION: When a member e.g. executes transactions by a credit card, a sales file 11 is monthly updated. When the sales amount of the preceding month is determined, the claimed amount of a current month is calculated by adding a balance to the sales amount of the preceding month and recorded in a claimed amount list 14 and claiming processing such as the printing of a bill BL and the recording of the claimed amount in a magnetic tape MT is executed. A member file 13 and a payment state file 12 are referred to and a notifiable member's list 17 recording yellow members to which payment is to be previously noticed prior to the settlement of a monthly claimed amount is prepared. Previous notice operation is executed based upon the list 17. On a fixed date, settlement processing is executed and a delaying member's list 22 recording red members is prepared by referring to the payment contents of the list 14. Dunning operation is executed based upon the list 22.</p> |
