<p>PURPOSE:To constitute hollow structural bodies as excellent heat insulating bodies which are internally vacuum by manufacturing the hollow structural bodies each having a small aperture in the atm., carrying these bodies into a vacuum chamber and sealing the small apertures by electron beam welding. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical, square or flat plate-shaped structural bodies each of which has the small aperture and is internally spaced are manufactured in the atm. Such structural bodies are carried into the vacuum chamber and the small apertures are welded and sealed by an electron beam in a vacuum state. Since the hollow structural bodies are internally vacuum, the bodies have the excellent heat insulating characteristic and are excellent as the heat insulating material.</p> |
