<p>PURPOSE:To remove the moisture of a moisture detesting member, and to maintain initial performance by providing previously a far infrared ray radiant material layer on the surface of a holding member or a protection member while keeping it opposed to the moisture detesting member in an electric device provided with the moisture detesting member and the holding member or the protection member. CONSTITUTION:A VTR 10 is constituted by fitting a deck part 12 including a rotary drum 11 and a printed wiring board 13 on which various circuits are mounted to a base chassis 14, and covering them by a cabinet 15. In this constitution, a far infrared ray radiant sheet 16 consisting of the ceramics of zirconium.silicate series or sintered silica or alumina, etc., is stuck previously on the inner surface 15i of the cabinet 15. On the other hand, a substance has always temperature radiation, and especially, the ceramics has a property to radiate an infrared ray of comparatively long wavelength, and it radiates the far infrared ray of the wavelength longer than 5mum at high rate. Besides, since the molecule of water has an absorbing wavelength zone in the vicinities of 3, 6 and 14mum, it is efficiently heated. Accordingly, the far infrared ray is radiated from the sheet 16 so as to dry the wiring board 3 and air in the cabinet 15.</p> |
