A multimedia contents delivering system and method are provided to induce a user to concentrate on studying such that efficient studying is executed, effectively transfer information and improve education or psychotherapy efficiency. A multimedia contents delivering system includes a user client(100) which receives multimedia contents from a web server(120) and outputs a multimedia message in which an element message frame for inducing subconsciousness is embedded in a predetermined frame period, the web server performing a predetermined psychological test and providing requested multimedia contents, a database server(130) which stores and registers information of the user client, the result of the psychological test and an element message inducing subconsciousness, and a stream server(140) which provides multimedia contents for education or psychotherapy requested by the user client.
