The communication cable assembling holder for underground manhole is constructed by forming a front plate(3) of a folded body(2) which forms a reentrant groove(5) and a protruded side(6), forming a rear plate(4) which has concave/convex portions(7,8), forming a front cap(9) which is coupled to the front plate(3) and has an inserting portion(10), into which a rubber band(11) is inserted, and forming a sealing cap(12) which is coupled to the rear plate(4) and has an inserting portion(13) and a rubber ring(14). Under the above construction, the holder can prevent the leakage from the outer wall of the manhole.
