PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily check and change a motor and a driving wheel in the condition that a partitioning panel is suspended by a suspending rail. SOLUTION: In the case where a necessity for checking and changing a motor 5 and a driving wheel 7 is generated in this electric partitioning device, a runner 4 for maintenance moves a partitioning panel to a position of an open window 21 provided in the side surface of a suspending rail 2, and in the condition that a driving wheel 7 is floated a little from the running surface of the suspending rail 2 by a method for lifting the partitioning panel or the like, lock of a motor unit, which is formed of the motor 5 and the driving wheel 7, and a base 6 of the runner 4 is released through the open window 21. After drawing the motor unit 5 through the open window 21, the motor unit is checked, repaired or changed with a new one, and thereafter, the motor unit is inserted through the open window 21, and locked with the base of the runner 4. |
