PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to simply and cleanly ground both the ends of an electromagnetic shielding layer and only one end of an external conductor comprising a coaxial cable 1. SOLUTION: Both the ends of an electromagnetic shielding layer 7 are grounded through a shielding cover 12 and a support panel 14. Both the ends of a coaxial cable 1 are connected to a connector 15. The connector bodies 25, 25 comprising the connector 15, which have a continuity with an external conductor, is supported on a support panel 14 through a sleeve 26. The sleeve 26 is made of a conductive material on the side of one end of a composite cable 8 and of an insulating material on the other end side.
