PURPOSE:To cool a die easily by providing a cooling medium flow channel for liquefied carbon dioxide gas or air in the vicinity of a molded section surface of the die. CONSTITUTION:A fixed side template 2 is fixed to a fixed side mounting plate 1, and a movable side template 3 is fixed to a movable side mounting plate 4. A fixed side insert die 5 is mounted on the fixed side template 2, and a movable side insert die 6 is mounted on the movable side template 3. A cavity 7 is formed between the insert dies 5 and 6, while resin passes through a sprue 8 to be filled into a cavity 7. A molding die heated by an induction heating coil and an electric heater is molded by flowing liquefied carbon dioxide gas or air into a cooling medium flow channel 10. Mediums can easily be flowed through even a narrow channel by said arrangement, and the molding die can easily be cooled. |
