PURPOSE:To couple list groups easily and rapidly by storing the coupling information of plural adjacent blocks in a coupling definition table and then storing information processed as one block in a list editing table. CONSTITUTION:List tables 4 for specifying the position, size, etc. of respective blocks are prepared for the respective blocks correspondingly. Succeeding addresses in the list tables 4 are coupled by pointers in the order of block Nos. as shown by arrows. To couple plural adjacent blocks, the informtion specifying the size of a coupled block is stored in the coupling definition table 5. Thus, an editing processing prt 3 edits a new list editing table 6 as one block on the basis of the information of plural adjacent blocks stored in the list tables 4 and the information indicating the size or the like of the block coupled from the plural adjacent blocks which is stored in the table 5. |
