PURPOSE:To make possible the extension of a fixed mark display area to an effective recording area by providing a device to make the fixed mark appear freely within the effective recording area. CONSTITUTION:A main scan address part 11 counts a clock, outputting a signal to main scan position setting ROM 13. In addition, a subscan address part 12 outputs an address signal and sends it to subscan position setting ROM 14. If outputs from ROMs 13, 14 coincide with each other at a value other than F(four bits are HIGH), a single clock pulse is output to a latch for subscan mark output control. The value of four bits for mark type selection which is already latched by a latch for subscan mark output control 18 is latched by a latch for main scan mark output control 19, and further the value is output to marker storage ROM 20. If a specified value(e.g. coordinate value) is set in main scan position setting ROM 13 and subscan position setting ROM 14, it is possible to develop a data output from marker storage ROM 20 in the effective recording area of CTS plotter. |
