PURPOSE:To obtain a polyurethane, excellent in dynamic performance, cold and abrasion resistance without impairing flexibility at low temperatures by polymerizing a specific polymer polyol with an organic polyisocyanate. CONSTITUTION:The objective polyurethane 18 is obtained by polymerizing (A) a polymer polyol containing a group expressed by the formula [X1 and X2 are CH2O or COO; (n) is 0 or 1] with (B) an organic polyisocyanate such as 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate or toluylene diisocyanate. Furthermore, the component (A) is preferably a polyester polyol, a polycarbonate polyol and/or a polyester polycarbonate polyol. |
