To an amide organic solvent, an urea organic solvent or a mixing solvent, an inorganic salt or a mixture with a Lewis acid group are added and a polymer solvent is produced. An aromatic diamine is dissolved and an aromatic diacid chloride is added, to be reacted with the same moles to aromatic diamine, and the first mixed solvent is produced. The solvent and the other aromatic diacid chloride are put into the continuous mixing device. The mixed solution is used through the discharge outlet for the polymerization and orienting, thus the produced polymer is ripened in the orientation device for specific time and is dipped in the solidifying liquid, cracked in the pulp device and dried and an aromatic polyamide pulp is produced.
