PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate information system by which housing information can be searched for at home, a seller too can easily use the system because he is required to pay not brokerage commission but only advertising expense, and also a user searching for a house can make a contract directly with the seller, or else, if the user feels insecure and desires, the user can have help from a full-time intermediary real estate agent on the house searching side. SOLUTION: This real estate information system which includes a means by which data on real estate property information is inputted in an information column for real estate property of an Internet home page and the inputted real estate information is registered, a means for retrieving registered real estate property information, and a means for displaying detailed particulars of retrieved individual real estate property information, further includes a means for linking with a home page of the full-time real estate agent for the user who desires a real estate, so that the user can have help for real estate intermediary service, home buying and a sequence of procedures, if the user desires. |
