PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing container of a toilet seat device to facilitate packing/unpacking works and execution works. SOLUTION: The packing container for packing a toilet seat device A comprising a toilet seat, a toilet lid and a device main body for turnably supporting the toilet seat and the toilet lid comprises a shock-absorbing material to protect the toilet seat device from an impact or the like, and a box body E to store the toilet seat device and the shock-absorbing material. The shock-absorbing material consists of a first shock-absorbing material C to support a back face part, side face parts and a bottom face part of the device body, a second shock-absorbing material B to support the toilet seat and a tip portion of the toilet lid.
