PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the manufacturing of a holder and, at the same time, realize the compact holder by pinching between pressing pieces and a pressing face by a structure wherein a first pinching body provided with an engaging body having the pressing pieces, each of which inclines towards the innermost recess of a holder and is made of flexible material, and a second pinching body having the pressing face near the tip parts of the pressing pieces are arranged to be opposite to each other. SOLUTION: This holder 1 consists of a pinching body 2 and a mounting part 3. The pinching body 2 consists of a first pinching part 4 and a second pinching part 5 in a state that a slit 11 is provided in the boundary surface of both the pinching parts 4 and 5. The first pinching part 4 has a base part 6 with a recessed part 8 formed near its center. An engaging body 9 is formed by being installed in the recessed part 8 under the condition that pressing pieces 10 made of rubber or the like incline towards the innermost portion of the slit 11 and the tip surface of the pressing pieces 10 is arranged parallel to the slit 11. The second pinching part 5 has a base part 7 so as to provide a pressing face 12 parallel to the tip surface of the pressing pieces 10 and, at the same time, form a recessed part 18 surrounding the movable range of the pressing pieces 10.
