CHARGING A USER'S STORAGE QUOTA FOR EXTENDED ATTRIBUTES

Some examples relate to charging a users storage quota for extended attributes. In an example, a user action regarding an extended attribute of a file may be recognized. A user ID (UID) and a group ID (GID) of user requesting the user action may be determined. Storage impacted by the user action may be charged towards respective storage quotas allocated to the UID and the GID of the user.
