发明名称 OPTICAL TYPE INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM AND ITS IDENTIFICATION METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical type information recording medium with which the identification of a desired disk surface is possible simply when this medium is set at an apparatus by sticking a recording layer having the reflectivity of a prescribed range and a layer for reinforcing this recording layer to each other. SOLUTION: The film thickness of a reflection film 4 consisting of, for example, an Al thin film, is controlled in such a manner that reflectivity 8 on the recording layer 1 side attains >=70% when the recording layer is irradiated with a laser beam of a prescribed wavelength. The film thickness of the reflection film 4 consisting of, for example, SbTeGe thin film or InSeTlCo thin film or TeOx thin film is otherwise so controlled that the reflectivity 8 attains 30±10%. The film thickness of the reflection film 6 consisting of, for example, Cu or Ag-Zn alloy or Cu-Al-Ni alloy is controlled in such a manner that the reflectivity 9 on the side of the layer 2 for reinforcing the recording layer 1 attains 50 to 65%. The identification of the kind of the disk and the disk surface is made possible with the optical type information recording medium 10 formed in such a manner simply by mounting the medium on the reproducing device without using a pickup in reproduction.
