PURPOSE:To make it possible to ensure good quality coating film and favorable electrical conductivity when the resin concerned is used as outside plate for automobile and the like by a method wherein capsule particles, each of which is produced by covering core material made of electrically conductive filler with resin wall material made of electrically conductive filler with resin wall material blended with zinc stearate, are added to the lowermost layer of resin forming stocks laminated to a mold. CONSTITUTION:Only one sheet of microcapsule-containing SMC stock (resin forming stock) a1 is set on a core face 17. The microcapsule 1 consists of core material 2 and wall material 3, which covers the core material. The core material 1 is made of electrically conductive filler. As the outer layer 3b of the wall material, zine stearate serving as the internal release agent is used. Onto said SMC stock a1, the predetermined number of sheets of SMC stocks a2, to which no microcapsule 1 is added, are laminated. Next, a top force 13 and a bottom force 14, both of which are heated with a heating means up to the predetermined temperature, are joined together so as to compression-form the SMC stocks a1 and a2 through hot pressing in order to form a resin formed item as primary molded item by heating and hardening. |
