<p>The present invention relates to a method for the gasification of biomass-comprising material such as biomass. According to the present invention, gasification takes place in a reverse-flow reactor in which the line of direction in which gas is passed through the biomass cuts the line of direction in which the biomass is supplied. Such a method makes it possible to efficiently gasify biomass, while the installation required is relatively inexpensive. The invention also relates to an installation for the gasification of biomass-comprising material, which installation is formed from fireproof concrete.</p> |
