THE SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION METHOD OF VECTORED INTERRUPT

PURPOSE: A method for embodying a vector interrupt in software is provided to embody an interrupt similar to a vector interrupt having various sorts of interrupt sources in software using DPRAM by setting a response to an interrupt and a confirmation flag in two boards, and by enabling an IPC device firmware to perform the setting. CONSTITUTION: A source, which generates an interrupt, is generated(S9). An IPC firmware checks whether a condition is suitable for generating the interrupt(S10). A vector is recorded in an interrupt vector domain of SPCA DPRAM(S11). According to a sort of the vector, interrupt information such as DPRAM receiving buffer FULL(S12), an SPCA dual link failure(S13), a message assembly CRC error(S14) and a message receipt of the DPRAM(S15) are transmitted to a command domain of the DPRAM. In addition, a level interrupt is generated through Sbus IRQ(S16).
