PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer packaging case made of paper which is easy to unseal, which has a function as a storage ease which is resealable once unsealed, and which facilitates disassembly. SOLUTION: The parallelopiped outer packaging case made of paper has an upper surface formed by overlaying a pair of upper flaps connected with a pair of opposite sides on a pair of lower flaps connected with a pair of sides connected with the other sides. Tear-open pieces as a starting point of unsealing are provided on the respective upper and lower flaps so that they overlap each other. The tear-open pieces are specified in a sizing relation that the tear-open pieces of the overlapping upper flaps are included in the tear-open pieces of the lower flaps, whereby the tear-open piece serves as a start point of unsealing to unseal the upper surface and also serves as a locking portion when resealing.
