摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an optical disk in which air bubble defects and adhesion unevenness are suppressed by preventing blocking when a substrate is allowed to adhere to a sheet. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for manufacturing the optical disk by pressing one principal surface of a disk substrate 1 on a sheet 4, which has a light transmissive sheet and an adhesive layer, a sheet holding part 11 equipped with a sheet positioning pin 13 is provided oppositely to a bracket 12 having a pad 15. The sheet 4 is placed on the sheet holding part 11, while fitting the sheet 4 to the sheet positioning pin 13. The vacuum suction is performed by the inner periphery suction part 16 and the outer periphery suction part 17, fitting the disk substrate 1 in the substrate positioning pin 14. Simultaneously, the outer periphery suction part 17 is drawn a little in the pad 15, and the disk substrate 1 is held in projected shape. The bracket 12 is moved toward the sheet holding part 11, and one principal surface of the disk substrate 1 is made to gradually adhere to the sheet 4 from an inner peripheral part to an outer peripheral part.
