COOLING EQUIPMENT USING AS THE HEAT PUMP FOR WATER COOLED

A cooling device using a water cooled heat pump is provided to obtain hot water in a first water cooled heat exchanger and cool air in a second water cooled heat exchanger, and to reduce costs for boiler purchase and construction by including the first water cooled heat exchanger and the second air cooled heat exchanger. A cooling device using a water cooled heat pump comprises a heat pump(10). The heat pump is installed so that a compressor(13), a first water cooled heat exchanger(11), an expansion valve(14) and a second water cooled heat exchanger(12) are connected to each other so as to form one cycle, and connected to a four-way valve(15) for converting flow direction of a refrigerant suctioned into the compressor and discharged from the compressor. The first heat water cooled exchanger has a water cooled cooling through a water supply pipe path(21) supplied from a water supply source(20), and is arranged so that the water supply pipe path is reached to a hot water use place. A cooling duct(31) is connected and installed in the second air cooled heat exchanger so that cooling air heat-exchanged in the second air cooled heat exchanger is reached to a compartment(30).
