摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves molding a gripping part as a single piece in plastic material, where the gripping part is formed of two arms connected to each other through one of their ends for constituting proximal part of forceps. Metallic teeth or points (3) constituting a pinching part are inserted in distal ends of the arms during molding of the gripping part. The points or teeth are cut and shaped from a band or plate on a die press provided with cutting tools. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) pinching points for precision forceps (2) precision forceps. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for fabricating precision forceps such as disposable microsurgery forceps e.g. single usage ophthalmologic microsurgery forceps (claimed) i.e. ocular microsurgery forceps, that are utilized for precision work or operation e.g. cataract surgery. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method authorizes complete mechanization of the fabrication of points or teeth of precision forceps and permits a mass production of the forceps so that the cost is reduced.
