<p>PURPOSE:To detect quickly abnormal condition in control system having large lag, by detecting changing direction required from instruction side to response side in the control system and changing direction on the response side, which changes chasing this instruction. CONSTITUTION:With the control system of the heat power plant, the output of a generator 1 is detected with power detector 11, the deviation PE to the settings PS is sent to the control motor drive equipment 7, permitting to rotate normally or reversely the electric motor 8. The electric motor 8 drives a steam regulating valve 3, regulating the steam flow from the boiler 4 to control the speed of the turbine 2. In order to detect the abnormal condition in such a control system, an abnormal condition detector 70 is provided, detecting the abnormal condition to issue alarm, simultaneously stopping the control to the steam regulating valve 3 by the changing process from between the output of the electric motor drive equipment 7 and the output of the opening detector 31 of the steam regulating valve 3.</p> |
