The method is characterized by processing interlocking(11) by setting a decrease flag as "1" and taking the value resulting from subtracting the interlocking value from the period time as an interlocking value in case that the value resulting from subtracting the interlocking value from the period time is larger than or not equal to the value resulting from dividing the period time by 2 when taking the second temporary value(TEMP2) as the interlocking value.
