PURPOSE:To enable a specified tension to be imparted by a simple structure as well as to make the imparted tension maintainable automatically. CONSTITUTION:In time of cutting a body 1, a through hole 2 is installed at a specified spot of the body 1, and a driver 3 is set up thereinto. This driver 3 is provided with a driving pulley 3a and a driving motor 3d. Two fixed pulleys 5, 5a are set up in one side of the body 1, while a cutting high adjusting device 6 is set up in the other side, and this device 6 is provided with a guide bar 6a, a fixed pulley 6b and a movable pulley 6c travelable along the bar 6a. In addition, a tension impartation adjusting device 7, equipped with a guide column 7a, a fixed pulley 7b and a movable guide pulley 7c traveling in a vertical direction along the column 7a, is set up in space between the body 1 and the driver 3. A wire 7f of a winch 7e is installed in the column 7a, and an end of the wire 7f is connected to the movable guide pulley 7c. In this connection, a weight 7g is hung down from the winch 7e. |
